Ashley 登上了11月的“美麗佳人”雜誌封面

訪談間他談了許多接演暮光之城之後的改變...

“It was a hard adjustment going from zero to 100 in a day. But it was also hard to talk to [friends], because you don’t want to be a jerk.”
「忽然從0跑到100, 真的很難調整。而且也很難跟朋友溝通，因為不想變得很混帳。」

（我想這裡的意思應該是，ＡＳＨ不想因為朋友對他的態度改變起衝突）

“After the movie came out, some people said, ‘You changed.’ And I said, ‘I haven’t changed, dude. Your opinion of me has changed because I’m working on this film,’” she recalls, adding, “Trust me, my parents would let me know [if I changed].”
「電影上映後，有些人對我說『妳變了』，我說『我沒有變，老兄。因為我拍了那電影所以你對我個感觀變了。』」

「相信我，如果我變了，我父母一定會讓我知道。」

（ＡＳＨ跟雙親的感情非常好。）

“I’ve gotten very good at detaching whenever I have to go away for three months, which I realize is hard on friends and kind of selfish,” she says.
「我越來越擅長分離，每次離開三個月（拍攝期間），但這對朋友來說很難過，也有點自私。」


“You go on a couple of dates, and then someone ships off to do a movie. It’s not like you’re going to fly out and see them, because it’s not serious enough for that.”
「每次約過幾次會，就要飛去拍電影。但又不是說這樣對方就要飛去看我，因為彼此的關係還不夠認真。」


（我想到喬強那斯兄弟的老二喬，兩人那陣子非常高調！）

“Twilight has ruined me. When this is all over, flying internationally is going to be very hard for me. It is just not worth it to buy a first-class ticket, because of the cost.”
「暮光之城毀了我，當這一切結束，世界各地到處飛會非常困難了，因為頭等艙機票太貴不值得。」

Still, Greene says she’s “lucky” because her father taught her “to be frugal and save.”

好險ＡＳＨ的爸爸有教她「勤儉儲蓄」的重要。

“And that’s important because I want to know that I don’t have to take an acting job for two or three years if I don’t want to,” she explains, “and that I’ll still be able to make my house and car payments and buy food for my dogs.”

「這對我很重要，因為我想知道，如果我不想拍電影的話不用拍電影（為了生計），而且我還可以有自己的小窩，付車子帳單，幫我的狗買食物。」
